Organic traffic growth through technical SEO and content strategy
We built a long-term SEO system that drives consistent organic growth.

What the client was facing
The site was stuck. A handful of pages ranked decently, but most content was disconnected from any clear topic strategy. Crawl issues, slow load times, and a thin internal linking structure capped how much authority could pass through the site.
Worse, organic leads had been declining for three quarters in a row while paid spend kept rising to compensate.
The plan we built
- Full technical SEO audit and remediation
- Topic cluster mapping with pillar pages
- Internal linking rebuild with descriptive anchors
- Content quality upgrades on existing top pages
- Authority building through digital PR and citations
- Schema markup for entities and key page types
What we actually implemented
We started with the technical foundation: fixing crawl traps, consolidating duplicate URLs, compressing assets, and rewriting the site's internal linking so authority could flow into commercial pages instead of dead-ending in the blog archive.
Content was reorganized into clusters — one strong pillar page per topic, supported by 8–15 long-tail articles, all tightly interlinked. Existing top pages were upgraded with deeper coverage and refreshed entities rather than replaced.
In parallel, a digital PR program earned authoritative backlinks from publications in the client's space, accelerating the rate at which new clusters started ranking.
The numbers that moved
- +309% organic traffic over 12 months, still trending upward
- +121% growth in ranking keywords, with a 4× lift in top-3 positions
- +87% increase in organic-sourced qualified leads
- Average page load time reduced from 4.1s to 1.6s on mobile
Translated into business value
SEO became a predictable, compounding growth channel. The client now generates the majority of their pipeline from organic search at a fraction of the cost of paid — and every new piece of content lifts dozens of related pages, not just itself.
The reliance on paid spend eased, freeing budget to be reinvested in higher-leverage growth bets.
